Application for membership shall be made in writing to the Membership Secretary no later than August 1 of the year in which the applicant requests to be considered for membership. The applicant shall clearly indicate the application is for either Regular, Associate, or Student membership. An applicant for Regular or Associate membership shall submit a written endorsement with the application for membership from one (1) Regular member in good standing with the Association OR from a supervisor/training coach. Student applicants shall submit one (1) written endorsement from a professor and also provide proof of enrollment.
