Additional Table Representative – $125.00
Your company must have already paid for a vendor table and an access code is required to fulfill this purchase. Please email Shawna Germain (shawna.germain@osp.oregon.gov) for an access code.
Discounted Registration – $237.00
A discounted registration is available to vendors who also instruct a workshop and/or provide a presentation at the general session of the conference. A code must be provided to register under this category. Please email Shawna Germain (shawna.germain@osp.oregon.gov) to receive the discount code.
Vendor Registration – $475.00
General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, Tuesday lunch for one person.

This year’s conference will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Salt Lake West Valley City in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference will run from Monday, September 25 through Wednesday, September 27, 2023 with the following schedule of events:

Monday-Wednesday - Workshops and Presentations
Tuesday Evening Banquet
Tuesday Afternoon - Business Meeting

General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, participation in the vendor presentation block on Tuesday, and lunch for one person.

Vendor set-up will be allowed on Monday Evening or Tuesday morning. Vendor break down must be completed by Wednesday morning. The main exhibitor day will be Tuesday, September 26.
