Base fee:

Additional Table Representative – $150.00
Your company must have already paid for a vendor table and an access code is required to fulfill this purchase. Please email Shawna Germain (shawna.germain@osp.oregon.gov) for an access code.
Discounted Registration – $325.00
A discounted registration is available to vendors who also instruct a workshop and/or provide a presentation at the general session of the conference. A code must be provided to register under this category. Please email Shawna Germain (shawna.germain@osp.oregon.gov) to receive the discount code.
Vendor Registration – $650.00
General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person.

Please join us and represent your company at our annual meeting in Portland, Oregon!

This year’s conference will be held at the Kimpton Hotel Vintage in Portland. The conference will run from Monday, September 26 through noon on Friday, September 30, 2022 with the following schedule of events:

Monday-Wednesday - Workshops with a vendor reception on Thursday afternoon
Thursday and Friday Morning - General Sessions
Thursday Afternoon - business meeting

General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, participation in the vendor reception, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person.

Vendor set-up will be allowed on Wednesday or Thursday morning. Vendor break down must be completed by Friday morning. The main exhibitor day will be Thursday, September 29, but we welcome and encourage you to stay through and attend our general session (at no additional fee).
