Base fee:

Additional Table Representative – $150.00
Your company must have already paid for a vendor table and an access code is required to fulfill this purchase. Please email Jodie Carney(jodie.carney@isp.idaho.gov) for an access code.
Discounted Registration – $325.00
A discounted registration is available to vendors who also instruct a workshop and/or provide a presentation at the general session of the conference. A code must be provided to register under this category. Please email Jodie Carney at jodie.carney@isp.idaho.gov to receive the discount code.
Vendor Registration – $650.00
General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person.

Please join us and represent your company at our annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah!

This year’s conference will be held at the Hotel RL Salt Lake City hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. The conference will run from Tuesday, September 22 through noon on Friday, September 25 with the following schedule of events:

Tuesday- Vendor Introductions, Keynote presentation, and General Session
Wednesday - Thursday - Workshops and Special Research Projects
Wednesday Afternoon - Business Meeting
Friday - Half day General Session and Special Research Projects Presentations

General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, and Tuesday and Wednesday lunches for one person.

Vendor set-up will be allowed on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Vendor break down must be completed by Thursday morning. We welcome and encourage you to attend the general session at no additional cost.
