Please join us and represent your company at our annual meeting in Portland, Oregon!
This year’s conference will be held at the Embassy Suites Portland Airport hotel in Portland. The conference will run from Monday, September 18 through noon on Friday, September 22 with the following schedule of events:
- Monday-Wednesday Morning - workshops
- Wednesday Afternoon - vendor reception and business meeting
- Thursday & Friday - keynote presentation and general session presentations
General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, participation in the vendor reception, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person.

Vendor set-up will be allowed on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Vendor break down must be completed by Friday morning. The main exhibitor day will be Wednesday, September 20, but we welcome and encourage you to stay through and attend our general session (at no additional fee).
