Base fee:
  • Your company must have already paid for a vendor table and an access code is required to fulfill this purchase. Please email Kathy Kittell (kathleen.kittell@state.or.us) for an access code.
  • A discounted registration is available to vendors who also instruct a workshop and/or provide a presentation at the general session of the conference. A code must be provided to register under this category. Please email Kathy Kittell at kathleen.kittell@state.or.us to receive the discount code.
  • General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person.

Please join us and represent your company at our annual meeting in Boise, Idaho! 

This year’s conference will be held at the Riverside Hotel in Boise. The conference will run from Monday, September 26 through noon on Friday, September 30 with the following schedule of events:

  • Monday-Wednesday - dedicated workshop days
  • Thursday & Friday - dedicated general session / presentations

General vendor registration includes an exhibit table, recognition in the conference program, admission to the general sessions and breaks, and Wednesday and Thursday lunches for one person

Vendor set-up will be allowed on Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Vendor break down must be completed by Friday morning. The main exhibitor day will be Wednesday, September 28, but we welcome and encourage you to stay through and attend our general session (at no additional fee).
